For anyone who puts on make-up regularly, the idea of permanent cosmetics is appealing, but let's be frank, it is also a little bit scary. Let me tell you a few things about myself and how I work to help answer those reservations.

Along with being a Certified Medical Micropigmentologist (CMM), I am also a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). I see clients in the comfort of the dental office where I work. To better serve my clients and make them comfortable, I offer a very profound topical anesthetic for the brows, eyeliner and lips.
With my hygiene license, I am able to provide local anesthetic dental injections the the lips. This provides complete numbness, and because it is administered in the oral cavity and not on the outside of the lips, the swelling due to anesthetic is negligable.

It also allows me to offer nitrous oxide, also known as "laughing gas". This provides a calming feeling, helps pass the time quickly, and sometimes allows the client to actually fall asleep during the procedure. I will also provide ammenities (such as a pillow, a blanket and noise-canceling headphones with ipod) to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I WILL NOT go ahead with treatment until the client is in complete agreement with what what is to be performed and how it is planned to look. We will also take a lot of time looking at colors. I take into account the client's skin tone, hair color and lip tone. Each person has a certain tone to their skin and lips, which will alter the way the pigment looks after it is healed.

Visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) page and Gallery of real client photos that include Before and Immediately-After images, as well as Close-up and Full Face images taken after the healing period. After Care Instructions are also provided online, both to answer any questions now and for your convenience should you misplace them after having your Permanent Cosmetics procedure.
